At Tactical Gear Junkie, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made patches and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free of pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
